Barnstormers Baseball

       Kansas City Sports Club (KCSC) is the official home of the KC Barnstormers (KCB). Teams have a 2-hour practice session once a week November - April.

       All team members receive instruction from KCB staff within one of 3 specific KCB packages.  Team members may also enroll in supplementary programs (e.g., Strength & Conditioning, Infielders School, Damage Hitter, etc.) for additional fees.

       All team members receive a 1-year individual membership to KCSC.

       All teams wear KCB uniforms.  Teams, families and friends may purchase additional uniforms and spirit wear from KCB.  Only KCB is authorized to create, distribute and/or sell KCB uniforms and spirit wear.

       All team members receive a KCB discount on personal purchases from Louisville Slugger, Nike, Oakley and other companies with whom we may develop relationships.  All orders must go through KCB.

       All teams participate in KCB tournaments to be scheduled by KCB no later than January 1 of the coming season.

       All teams promote social awareness by participating in opportunities provided through KCB.  Click here to view an example.  Currently, we support the fight against breast cancer and juvenile diabetes.

       Teams may participate in KCB fundraising opportunities to benefit their specific team’s tournament budget as well as KCB facilities.  Click here to view examples.  Teams receive 75% of the proceeds with the remaining 25% to go to KCB when participating in fundraisers specific to team tournament budgets.  Currently, these fundraisers include Wine & Dine, Media Guide, 100 Inning Game, and Finger Football Tournaments.

       All teams create and manage their specific team’s tournament and league budget.  We encourage full participation in KCB fundraising to offset or alleviate all tournament and league expenses.

       Teams are responsible for acquiring 3 foursomes for the KC Barnstormers Golf Tournament held in the fall following the season.  All proceeds go toward KCB facilities.

       All team members receive a discount to participate in a position-specific Holiday Camp ($90 for Barnstormers, $125 for non-Barnstormers).  Holiday Camp dates will be posted by November 1.

       Coaches, parents, and players must conduct themselves in a manner that honors the game, our families and themselves.

       Coaches are to attend monthly coaching sessions during the months of November, December, January and February.

       Effective August 1, 2010 KCB will accept online payment via PayPal and PayPal Subscription. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted via PayPal. Checks are only accepted for payment-in-full prior to November 1, 2010.
